About Southwest Health Transport, Inc.

Our Southwest Health Transport 14-passenger bus will be used for transportation services to meet the special needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities (KDOT 5310.) Services under our program will be open to all elderly persons and persons with disabilities. Non-elderly persons who have a medical need in Garden City may ride the bus, if seats are available, as long as the transportation needs for those individuals specified in the grant applications have been satisfied. The bus route will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Caregivers may accompany patients if space is available.
